About the Project

Edmonton’s ICE District is a dream nearly a decade in the making and a development fueled by the optimism of what Edmonton can be – a destination for people from all corners of the city, the country, and the world.  It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to develop more than 25 acres in the heart of our growing city.  To build one of the most advanced sports and entertainment venues in North America, a humming public plaza, sophisticated living and AAA office space all in one location.  A place to cheer, a place to celebrate, a place you’ll never forget.

Edmonton’s $2.5 Billion ICE District will include:

• 50,000 sq. ft. Public Plaza
• 20,000 seat Rogers Place (Arena)
• 1.3 million sq.ft Office Towers
• Luxurious Condos
• 356 room luxury Hotel

LN was proud to be a part of this once-in-a-lifetime project in Edmonton’s heart.  LN provided underground locates and utility surveying for all the new infrastructure as well as upgrades to existing infrastructure.  LN will also have a scope of work for surface upgrades to streets which will be affected by the development.

LN is excited to have taken part in the project, and we look forward to utilizing the facility the fall of 2016!
