As-Built Surveys, Drawings & Plans

LN’s as-built plans and documentation provide homeowners with a certification of occupancy following the completion of a new structure. As-built surveys are an accurate depiction of the property and the modifications that have been made as a result of construction. As-built plans are prepared in accordance with local municipalities to confirm the new structure and property is compliant with all regulations. The as-built certificate is the last step in the progression of a project; it is the official stamp of approval.

The as-built survey will include:

• information about the elevation and external property elements
• specific municipal guidelines adhered to by the completed structure
• boundary definition and location of utilities or other external elements
