Site Grading Surveys
Once construction is completed, site grading surveys provide homeowners and land developers with a certificate that indicates sufficient drainage away from structures on the property. Grading certificates are necessary before structures, roads or utilities can be added to a property, such as fences, grass or other structures. Site grading reports provide elevation information and horizontal measurements throughout a lot so construction companies can plan effectively and reduce low and potentially hazardous areas throughout a new project.
Site grading surveys are typically requested by:
- commercial developers building multi-structure properties
- construction companies planning roads, bridges, community interlinking corridors
- companies planning materials and resources for commercial projects
