Rezoning Applications

Rezoning is the process of changing the zone that applies to a property or a parcel of land.  Rezoning is required if you wish to develop your site in a manner that is not allowed by the current zoning.  The Rezoning Process can be frustrating so let LN represent you with your rezoning needs.

If you would like to attempt the process yourself typically you the whole process will be available online but if not you can just contact your City or Town and request how to proceed.
