How Long Is A RPR Valid?

Every City/Municipality has different rules as to how far back they will accept a real property report. Generally, once changes or improvements are made on the property then a new real property report is required.

An improvement refers to any visible structure of a permanent nature, constructed or placed on, in, or over land. Examples of improvements are new or modified fences, decks, driveways, and/or garages.
