Lot Grading Certificates

Lot grading certificates uncover current elevations on the land as well as design grades that were previously approved by the municipality.

These are legal documents provided to ensure a properties final grade is completed properly and without the risk of future drainage issues. The certificate will demonstrate how and where water will drain away from the property’s buildings, as well as adjacent properties and structures.
